Today’s world is very busy. Every one have to run and rush for maintaining day to day life and there are more and more challenges coming up. You couldn’t imagine what comes the next or other day, or you may don’t know what types of challenge you need to face next day!

So, there is always uncertainties, which makes life exhausting and stressful. So, you need to sit for a while in peace, and think how you are going to mange or handle with everything that coming. The challenges you are facing and the sources you have to offer it, whether that is within you inside, or outwardly.

So, in order to do things properly, you require a meditation and I don’t think there is argument on this. But the big question is how to meditate? Before you meditate or ready to meditation, one must understand what is meditation and how you could do it. So, in this article the writer want to define what is meditation and once you understand, the writer believed that – that understanding itself will going to be meditation which gives clarity and inner peace.

The world meditation comes from the original verb ‘meditate’. According to the dictionary meaning, this word meditate indicate on or open something to think deeply, usually in silence, especially for a religious reasons or in order to make your mind calm or something to plan, something in your mind; to consider doing something. This means it is focus one’s mind for a period of time, in silence or with the aid of chanting, or seeing for religious or spiritual purposes or as a method of relaxation. Thinking about deeply something or anything very deeply.

So similarly, ‘meditation’ means – the practice of thinking deeply in silence, especially for religious or spiritual or in order to make your mind calm. Meditation on something or serious thoughts on a particular subject that some body writes down or speaks; on life or in art.

But the word meditation, which is define or described above is not the reality. The word or meaning can not be the fact, the fact is different than what described. In fact, one need to aware holistically and observed the consciousness for stated time frame thinking deeply. It is an observation of once consciousness and surrounding environment by siting in a quiet and a comfortable place.

So, after knowing what is meditation, now one need to start to do it. One need to act or practice it. A fully dedicated person can only do the meditation. Not the one who has conflict mind or supper busy inwardly, busy with full of imaginations, having all religious and spirituals thoughts and clinging with any dogmas or patrons.

Your mind only feel calm when you discard yourself from all the others methods whatever you heard, read or come to know from any master or meditation schools etc. And even one shouldn’t bring the thoughts of I am meditating. Then only meditation will happen. With present of ‘I’, one never ever can do meditation. ‘I’ should be totally disappear as like  ‘a ice’ melting away in the lake. A self-centered ‘i’ can not enter to the ultimate totality of the universe. A free mind without self-centeredness, can only make the single identity with this vast universe.
At that point, you will find tremendous flow of energy to experience. And at the same time, one may experience clarity and inner peace.
